 Notice to Suppliers: Fraudulent Purchase Order Email Activity

If you believe you have received a fraudulent email that appears to be from Oklahoma State University, you may forward it to our Purchasing Department: purchase@okstate.edu to verify its legitimacy before responding to the email or filling the order.  You may also contact the Purchasing Department by phone, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at 405-744-5984.



The Oklahoma State University and A&M Central Procurement Office has been awarded the prestigious 23rd Annual Achievement of Excellence in Procurement® (AEP) for 2018 from the National Procurement Institute, Inc. (NPI). The AEP Award is earned by public and non-profit organizations that obtain a high application score based on standardized criteria. The AEP is awarded annually to recognize Innovation, Professionalism, E-Procurement, Productivity, and Leadership in the procurement function.
