For the Oklahoma State University System and the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges.
A request for proposals for document shredding service was competitively bid and has been awarded as a multiple award contract.
Purchases of $5,000 and less may be made on the Pcard. Any orders over
$5,000 will need to be processed on a requisition through Purchasing
prior to the purchase.

Period: November 10, 2008 through June 30, 2009 with the option to renew annually by mutual agreement.
Services include on-site and off-site shredding depending on the vendor selected from the following list.
