| Disaster Restoration & Property Recovery Services |
For the Oklahoma State University System and the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges.
A request for proposals for disaster recovery service was competitively bid and has been awarded as a multiple award contract.
All OSU emergency disasters should be coordinated with OSU's Risk and Property Management Department.
Purchases of $5,000 and less may be made on the Pcard. Any orders over
$5,000 will need to be processed on a requisition through Purchasing
prior to the purchase. The contract includes but shall not be limited to:
- Water mitigation
- Fire mitigation
- Mold remediation
- Smoke removal
- Chemical contamination
- Wind/storm damage
- Man-made disasters or losses due to equipment failure or any other type of mitigation
- Subsequent cleaning required to restore facilities to at least a pre-loss condition
- This contract does not include "build-back services", as this would be done by University Departments or Divisions

Period: The
agreement period shall extend from September 5, 2008 through one year
with the option to renew annually upon mutual agreement.
