| The University agreement with OfficeMax is the result of an Educational and Institutional Cooperative competitive bid process. Purchases can be made with the OSU P-Card directly on-line through the Office Max web site. Individuals must be registered with Office Max in order to see the OSU pricing and place an order. If you are not registered, click the link below, complete the form and email it to Office Max as instructed. Significant discounts can be realized by using this contract. The largest discounts are for those items under the tab “Shopping Lists”. These are core items that are most frequently ordered by OSU. The contract features next day, desk-top delivery and free shipping. There is no minimum order requirement. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation via email. Print this and use it as supporting documentation for your P-Card records.
Note: The fuel surcharge that appears on the Office Max web site does not apply to the OSU contract.
